How do I go about obtaining investigative services?
You can find Investigative services by looking on the Internet, in the phone book, or by asking others who have used these services for referrals. For CYB Company, you would need to contact the company, leave your name and number, and someone will get back with you to set up an appointment to go over what services you need.
How do you know if the person that has requested your help in finding someone is legitimate?
When a person comes in to talk with us, they fill out a form about themselves and we do our own background investigation to make sure they are legitimate.
Will I be able to use what you find in court?
Yes, the investigative firm must go about getting the information, items, or video tapes, according to the laws in the state where you live.
Are you able to track down a person if they are living in another country?
Yes. We can not only find people here in the United States, but in other countries as well.
If you are caught following someone, do you have to tell them who hired you?
No. The client who hires us and all the information provided to us is strictly confidential.
A client hires you to do an undercover case and the person that you are following notices you, what happens next?
The case will continue using a different investigator.
When an employer does a back ground check, how far back can they go?
Most background checks go back 7 years, but if you are in Law Enforcement, FBI, CIA, etc., they can go back 10 years.
Why do they take people's finger prints for employment now?
This is just one of the ways to check to see if you have a criminal record.
Are you able to lift a finger print from any surface?
Yes. We can lift finger prints off of glass, wood, walls, clothing, flat surfaces, textured surfaces, wet and dry surfaces, oily and greasy surfaces.
When are your classes held?
It usually depends on how many people have registered and the time that best fits both the student and instructor. We have scheduled classes Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and have held classes from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. We have also hosted some of our 8 hour classes on Saturday, if this works out better for the student and instructor.
